Refund-Policy

Every piece curated by the Esthetics is a custom piece made specifically for you. Return in not applicable, in exception of the reasons below.

• • If there was a flaw from the brand in terms of sizing, the esthetics will provide the alterations, once the piece is shipped back to the headquarters. First time is free of charge.
• • If the sizing is flawed from the client, there will be an extra charge of 30 for delivery and 100 for alterations.
• • Financial Refunds are not applicable.
• • There will be a remaining balance under your name, for your future purchases if you no longer wish to exchange.
• • Please make sure your items are returned in the best condition, unused and with The Esthetics garment tags still attached.
• • Returns are only accepted within one week of receiving the item. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• • Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
