DELIVERY

  • Esthetics offers worldwide shipping to you directly by our official partner Premium Express delivery.
  •  Delivery times may vary depending on the season, estimating between 14 to 21 working days.  [ during busy seasons 3-4 weeks ]
  • Our printed abayas are crafted with exclusive, brand-specific patterns. Due to the unique nature of our designs, occasional production delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and continued support as we work to deliver the highest quality pieces.

  • We offer the option to order from our standard sizes or to have your abaya fully customized to your personal measurements.

GIFT CARD

  • You can have a gift card Simply by adding note to us.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payment links through My Fatoorah or Bank Transfer
  • Full Payment must be made in advance for order confirmation. 
  • 100% payment must be made in advance for orders outside of UAE. 
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Every piece curated by the Esthetics is a custom piece made specifically for you. Return in not applicable, in exception of the reasons below. 
  • If there was a flaw from the brand in terms of sizing, the esthetics will provide the alterations, once the piece is shipped back to the headquarters. First time is free of charge. 
  • if the sizing is flawed from the client, there will be an extra charge of 30 for delivery and 100 for alterations. 
  • Financial Refunds are not applicable. 
  • There will be a remaining balance under your name, for your future purchases if you no longer wish to exchange.
  • Please make sure your items are returned in the best condition, unused and with The Esthetics garment tags still attached.
  • Returns are only accepted within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 
  • Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
